How quickly will you get back to me?
If water is coming in, say so when you call — active leaks are prioritized ahead of quotes and inspections. For everything else we come back to you to arrange a time that suits you. If you need an answer quickly, calling is faster than the form.
Do you charge for a quote or an inspection?
No. The inspection and the written, itemized quote are free, with no obligation afterwards — including the visits where we tell you that nothing needs doing yet.
Do you cover my area?
We work across Baltimore City and Baltimore, Howard, Anne Arundel, Carroll, Harford, Montgomery and Frederick counties. We are licensed in Maryland only and we do not work in DC. If you are near the edge of that, call and ask.
Can you give me a second opinion on a quote I already have?
Yes, and it is one of the most common reasons people get in touch. Bring the quote. We will go up, photograph the roof, and tell you honestly whether the quote is right — including when it is.
What should I have ready when I contact you?
Your address, roughly how old the roof is if you know, and photos of anything you have noticed inside or out. None of it is essential — we would rather hear from you without it than not hear from you.
Is there someone to speak to, or is it a call center?
You will speak to someone who works on roofs. Bravo is family-owned and there are no commissioned salespeople anywhere in the business.
